Whether you are giving the gift of jewelry to express the emotions of your heart or purchasing jewelry to express your own personal style, at Radiant Fine Jewelry we believe jewelry should illuminate the heart .  It is that belief that drives our superior customer service.  We are firmly committed to the satisfaction of our customers.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item for any reason, within 30 days of the date of shipment, for a full refund or exchange.  Of course the item must be received in its original condition with the item certificate and its appraisal report, if applicable.

How To Initiate the Returns Process

To initiate the returns or exchange process, please obtain a Radiant Fine Jewelry return code by submitting a return or exchange request.  You may also contact our one of our Customer Service Associates at 888 894 8940 to obtain a return code.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected.  Please note that items showing any signs of damage, wear and tear or items that have been altered or resized, by other than Radiant Fine Jewelry, will not be accepted for return.  Items that have been engraved will not be accepted for return.  Please note that returns received with no Return Code or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.  

How to Prepare a Return

In order to ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your return, it is important to the complete the following steps:

Obtain a Radiant Fine Jewelry Return Code.  To obtain a return code, submit a request for return or exchange or call one of our Customer Service Associates at 888 894 8940.  Once you receive your code, write that code on the return/ exchange sticker on the bottom of your original invoice.  Place that sticker on the package you are using for your return.

Package Your Return.  Place the item in all of its original packaging including the Item Certificate and Complimentary Appraisal Report, if applicable, in the box.  If your item was delivered with a Complimentary Appraisal Report, and it is not returned with the item, you may be responsible for its replacement cost.  Do not write Radiant Fine Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box or on the shipping label.

Fully Insure Your Package With Return Receipt.  Always obtain a return receipt.  If the price of your item listed on the invoice is under $500, you may ship with any carrier.  Fully insure the item and request a return receipt so that you may be certain the item reaches its destination.  If the price of your item listed on the invoice is over $500, ship the item via the U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail®, insure your package for its full vale and request a return receipt so that you may be sure the item reaches Radiant Fine Jewelry. 

In order to ensure the processing of your return, it is extremely important that you follow these instructions exactly.  Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.  Items that are not fully insured will be refused delivery.  Failure to insure your package and obtain a return receipt is not advisable under any circumstances as Radiant Fine Jewelry will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at returns@radiantfinejewelry.com.
