Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders shipping to a single domestic U.S. address.  Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. If you would like to place an order to be shipped to an international address, please contact customer service at 888 894 8940.  To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Radiant Fine Jewelry does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes. However, P.O. Box addresses may be used for your billing needs.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
All shipments are fully insured to your door. Please allow 3 days for the delivery of your order. For your convenience we offer shipping upgrades if you would prefer to receive your order more quickly. The following options are available:
FedEx 2 Day®: $5, 2nd business day.
FedEx Standard Overnight®: $18, next business day by 3:00 PM
FedEx Priority Overnight® $22, next business day by 10:30 AM
FedEx Priority Overnight® for Saturday delivery*: $38, Saturday by 12:00 PM

Please allow 24 hours for order processing. For items being sized or engraved, please allow an additional 8-10 days.

Facing a rapidly approaching Birthday, Anniversary or other special occasion? Sometimes the busyness and stress of daily life prevents us for keeping track of important dates and we suddenly find ourselves in a situation of critical timing. If you are in such a circumstance, please contact customer service at 877 672 7797. If it is outside our normal hours of operation, please e-mail us at 911GIFTALERT@RadiantFineJewelry.com. An on call representative will respond within 2 hours to an e-mail received between 6:00AM and 11:00PM daily. Our promise to you is that we will do everything within our power to meet your deadline.

• The price of the merchandise must equal $300 or more in order to receive complimentary shipping. Sales tax does not count toward the total amount.
• Each address to which items are being shipped must qualify individually.
• Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the US Web site for domestic delivery.

Please check the available sizes listed in the detailed product description. Each ring can vary in available sizes based upon the design or the type of gemstones and precious metal in the ring. If you already know the size you need and your size is listed as an available size, you will have the option at checkout to add the ring sizing to your order.

What if I don’t know my size?
If you aren’t sure about your size, we offer several methods for determining your size in our Ring Sizing Guide.

What if this ring is a gift?
If you are purchasing this ring as a gift, there are methods available for determining the size. Please download our Ring Sizing Guide (link) for directions on how to determine the size. If you would prefer to wait until after presenting your gift, you may send the ring back to us for resizing or take it to a local jeweler for resizing. Please note that rings sized by other than Radiant Fine Jewelry will not be accepted for return.

What if the ring is the wrong size?
If you followed our provided tips and the ring is not the correct size, don’t worry. If for whatever reason the ring does not fit you or your loved one, we have a 30 day return and exchange policy.
